Who we are and what we do...
Bringing a production to the stage involves far more than rehearsals. From finding the right venue and managing budgets to building an audience and selling tickets, every successful production relies on hundreds of carefully coordinated tasks behind the scenes.
At Miller Moss we provide practical production management and theatre marketing services for producers, directors, performers and emerging theatre companies across London and the Home Counties. Having produced, directed and performed ourselves, we understand both the creative ambitions and the commercial realities of independent theatre.
Whether you need support with a single aspect of your production or someone to oversee the entire journey from first rehearsal to closing night, we become part of your team. We combine theatre experience with professional marketing, design, financial management and organisational expertise to help your production reach its full potential—both artistically and commercially.
The best production partners are those who’ve stood
on both sides of the curtain…

They enjoy solving problems, building strong production teams and ensuring that every project progresses smoothly from initial planning through to final performance. Whether working behind the scenes or in the spotlight, their focus is always the same: helping great productions reach the audiences they deserve.
